• YasYas Enterprises operates as a registered import and export business based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

• All users and clients must comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

• All machinery, spare parts, and services are subject to availability.

• Product specifications, prices, and delivery timelines may vary and will be confirmed during the order process.

• Used machinery is sold “as-is” unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after receipt of an official purchase order and agreed advance payment.

• All payments must be made through authorized bank accounts mentioned by YasYas Enterprises.

• Taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the buyer.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery schedules are provided in good faith but may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer once the goods are dispatched.

• Any delays caused by external factors (customs, transport, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

5. Warranty & Liability

• New machinery and parts may come with a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

• YasYas Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products.

• Clients are responsible for proper installation, operation, and maintenance unless otherwise agreed under our after-sales support.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation.

• Returns are accepted only for defective or wrongly supplied items, subject to management approval.

• No returns will be accepted for used machinery once delivered.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu courts.
